I've googled this but for some reason am having troube finding one you can actually download. Make sure you're not forgetting travel time anywhere!! I know me tooo Log in Join now. Take off any travel time and the length of the ceremony from there and you'll have your ceremony start time! Usually you need to be at your ceremony location and "in hiding" at least 30 minutes beforehand, so again you'll want to work backwards. Otherwise, the easiest way is to work backwards! Start with the time that you absolutely have to be out of the venue by, minus your reception length average is 4 hoursminus the cocktail hour average 1 hour and you have your reception start time. Your photographer and hair and makeup team will be the most helpful in creating your timeline for the wedding-day before the ceremony - ask them about how long they need and what their individual timeline looks like!
